At Moleskine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused items, including all original tags and protective sleeves, securely into the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receiving the items.
